Jovan Milosevic joins SC Braga

The 21-year-old has moved to the Portuguese top-flight outfit with immediate effect on a permanent deal.

Three years after arriving in Cannstatt from Serbian first-division side FK Vojvodina, 21-year-old striker Jovan Milosevic has now left VfB Stuttgart for Portuguese club SC Braga.

Milosevic went out on loan three times during his spell at VfB. His first stint was a year-long stay at FC St. Gallen from February 2024, during which time he scored five goals in 22 games. That was followed by a year in Belgrade at FK Partizan (19 goals in 30 appearances), while he spent the second half of the 2025/26 season at SV Werder Bremen, registering three goals in 13 outings.

The two-time Serbia international made a total of six competitive appearances for VfB: five in the Bundesliga and one in the DFB Cup.

Board member for sport Fabian Wohlgemuth: “Jovan has improved continuously over the last few years, and underlined his goalscoring qualities at different clubs in different European leagues. The move to SC Braga gives him the opportunity to take the next steps in his career in an ambitious environment. We would like to wish Jovan all the best, and thank him for our time together at VfB.”

Thank you, Jovan, and all the best for your future!
