Internationals 3. September 2019

International duty

A number of VfB players will be representing their countries during the first international break of the season – some in friendlies, others in qualifiers.

After the home match against VfL Bochum, a number of head coach Tim Walter’s men headed off immediately to join up with their countries for the first international break of the 2019/2020 season.

Meanwhile, the Bundesliga 2 break will provide VfB with an opportunity to give other players a runout in the Three League Cup tournament in Grossaspach on 6 September, where they will face the host club SG Sonnenhof Grossaspach (kick-off: 19:30 CEST) and Austrian second-division club Austria Lustenau (kick-off: 18:00 CEST) in 45-minute matches.
