Markus Weinzierl: "We conceded goals we shouldn't have. We knew about Wolfsburg's strength in the air and we clearly designated the marking at set-pieces beforehand. We didn't defend the opening goal properly and we also helped them for the second goal, and then we're 2-0 down in Wolfsburg. That cannot happen."
Marc Oliver Kempf: "We went into the game with a good attitude and were determined to pick up from the second half of the Berlin game. We then pretty much handed them two goals, though. After that it's obviously difficult to come back at Wolfsburg, and as well as that we lacked purpose going forward."
Timo Baumgartl: "The two goals came about through individual mistakes, which you just can't make in the Bundesliga. We weren't clinical enough up top. That's certainly a weakness of ours we need to work on over the winter break, but before that we'll try to end the first half of the season with three points."
