The home jersey for the 2025/2026 season already makes a strong regional statement. This homage to the club’s roots continues with the new away strips, which also express a deep connection to home – combining tradition with contemporary style to be worn on opposition pitches and on the streets. Once again, Stuttgart – the city between forest and vines – and the entire region, with its geographical basin and distinctive sloping landscape, serve as the source of inspiration for the striking designs of both jerseys.
From the Neckar Valley to the city center, vineyards and vines have shaped Stuttgart’s cityscape since the Middle Ages. Now, they also adorn one of the two away kits worn by the boys from Cannstatt: An abstract vine design flows across the red fabric, framed by white and red collar and sleeve cuffs. The red chest ring wraps all the way around and runs through the organic pattern, skillfully framing the new main sponsor, LBBW.
Rouven Kasper, VfB chief marketing and sales officer: “With the two new away shirts, we’re once again emphasising VfB’s connection to the city of Stuttgart and the entire region in a bold and modern style. The jerseys link our history with our unique cultural landscape, making them an ideal accessory and proud ambassador at our away matches in Germany and Europe.”
