The German Football Association’s (DFB) sports tribunal has sanctioned Atakan Karazor with a two-match ban. As such, the VfB captain will miss the remaining Bundesliga games against Bayer Leverkusen on 9 May and away to Eintracht Frankfurt on 16 May.
Karazor was sent off for a foul in the 69th minute of the team’s 3-3 Bundesliga draw at Hoffenheim last Saturday.
