Abstract artwork combined with Stuttgart emblem
The ring on the chest of this bold black shirt is featured in anthracite with white outlines and also added to the cuffs of the sleeves. The Stuttgart horse – the emblem of the capital city of Baden-Württemberg – appears in black-and-white abstract on the shirt. Other highlights of the design include the colours chosen specially to depict the connection between VfB and the city of Stuttgart.
The contrasts in the design combined with the white flocking mean that the shirt can potentially be used as a change strip for international matches, while the city coat of arms on the neck will enable VfB fans to show their connection to Stuttgart, regardless of how far from the city they may find themselves.
White flocking, quality material
As is already the case with the red VfB away jersey, the club has opted for special flocking in white for its third shirt. The new VfB black away jerseys are made from recycled materials (90 per cent polyester and 10 per cent elastane) and are available for adults in sizes S to 5XL, costing €84.99, children’s sizes 116 to 164 for €64.99, and women’s sizes 34 to 44.
