Josha Vagnoman was forced off the pitch at half-time of VfB’s 1-0 win in Dortmund at the weekend after feeling pain in his foot. A comprehensive medical examination in Stuttgart on Monday has now revealed the cause of his discomfort, namely a stress reaction in the middle of his foot. This means that Vagnoman will not be able to train or play in the coming weeks, but the 23-year-old could still feature for VfB this season depending on his recovery time.
