Chris Führich joined VfB Stuttgart from second-tier SC Paderborn in July 2021 and soon established himself as a key player in attack, registering 13 goals and 12 assists in 88 appearances across all competitions to date. Germany head coach Julian Nagelsmann named Führich in the national team squad for the first time in October 2023, handing him his debut in a friendly against the USA on 14 October. Führich has started all 19 Bundesliga games for VfB this term, scoring five goals.
