Clinton Mola will be wearing Blackburn Rovers colours this season after VfB agreed to loan the England U21 international to the English Championship side for the rest of the campaign. The 21-year-old has made 14 appearances in the Bundesliga, Bundesliga 2 and DFB Cup since joining the club in January 2020.

“Clinton has unfortunately been slowed down by injury problems during his time with us so far, meaning he’s been unable to establish himself as he’d hoped. The loan to Blackburn is a good opportunity for him to make regular appearances. We wish Clinton and Blackburn Rovers a successful season.”
