VfB defender Finn Jeltsch has had to withdraw from the European Under-21 Championship, which is being held from 11 to 28 June in Slovakia. The 18-year-old is out of the upcoming tournament due to an inflammation in his lower leg, which hasn’t yet completely subsided.
For Jeltsch, who joined VfB in January and recently won the DFB Cup with the Cannstatt club, it was originally his first call-up to the U21 team.
