After the French company WINAMAX SA suspended all payments under the advertising and sponsorship agreement as the official main sponsor of VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG in spring 2025, and failed to make any payments despite numerous reminders, VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG has now taken legal action to claim the contractually agreed fees and has thus filed a lawsuit with the civil chamber of the Stuttgart regional court. The filing was necessary and unavoidable as the partner had not made any payments, despite all out-of-court efforts by VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG. VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG is claiming the partner’s contractual payments from the contractual relationship ending on 30 June 2025. Legal proceedings at the Stuttgart regional court have been initiated and are now in their early stages.
