The VfB squad are due to land back in Stuttgart with the DFB Cup trophy around 13:30 on Sunday. Stuttgart mayor Dr Frank Nopper will welcome the victorious team, who will enter themselves into the city’s Golden Book.
VfB fans will be able see their heroes on a car parade from around 15:30, which will travel from Hauptstätter Straße via Konrad-Adenauer-Straße towards Schlossplatz. The big white-and-red cup party will then take place on Schlossplatz, which will open to fans at 11:00. To kick things off, the cup final and the trophy presentation will be shown again on the LED video walls. After that, around 13:00, the stage programme will start with MC Bruddaal and LeShuuk, among others. On Schlossplatz, 35,000 fans can once again celebrate the cup triumph with the team.
