Innovation, after all, is what has always characterised VfB, Stuttgart and the entire Baden-Württemberg region.
The MHP Arena: One of Europe’s most modern arenas
VfB’s stadium has undergone extensive renovation in recent years, turning the MHP Arena into one of the most modern venues in Europe. It was one of the stadiums to host UEFA EURO 2024 last summer and will stage two matches this June as part of the UEFA Nations League’s final-four tournament. At the heart of the arena, the prestigious Porsche Tunnel Club VIP area offers fans a unique opportunity to get closer to the players than ever before. The Mercedes-Benz Business Center, meanwhile, features several LED walls that enhance its atmosphere even further. In Cannstatt, every event – whether sports, leisure or business – is a home game. Those events also include concerts and conferences, which are being held at the MHP Arena with increasing regularity.
Parcel: The new Fantasy game
VfB’s Fantasy game allows fans to take part in the action in real time. Before every Bundesliga match, an image of a football pitch is divided into square blocks – or parcels. Fans can select their parcels strategically and receive points as soon as VfB players are involved in an action on the pitch. By collecting points, users can compete against other VfB supporters and win exclusive prizes.
Collectibles: Taking the collector’s bug into the digital age
VfB has put a contemporary twist on traditional card trading through its ‘Collectibles’ platform. The first Bundesliga club to create a platform of its kind, VfB has continued to fine-tune it ever since. From current players, club legends and memorable moments to trading cards from past seasons, fans can look forward to new highlights on a regular basis.
