Robert Ader has been a member of the supervisory board since 1 January 2026. He was born on 2 October 1975 in Essen and grew up in Mainz. After doing business studies in Aachen and Sydney, he began his professional career with Porsche AG in Stuttgart in 2001. After various international assignments in sales and marketing, he took over management of the global marketing department of Porsche AG, a role he carried out with great success for five years.
He has been chairman of the board of Porsche Deutschland GmbH since 2025, playing a significant role in the sports car manufacturer’s development in the domestic market.
A keen golfer and football fan, he is married and lives in Stuttgart.
