Both players were forced out of Wednesday evening‘s game away to TSG Hoffenheim during the course of the first-half. Anastasios Donis, who had to be replaced by Takuma Asano after just 26 minutes, suffered a muscle sinew tear to his buttock region. The Greek international is expected to be out of action for three weeks but will be back in time for the winter preparations.
Chadrac Akolo incurred some bruised ribs in a challenge with TSG defender Kevin Vogt and was forced out of the tie in the 38th minute. The Congolese international was back on the training grounds for some light jogging on Thursday.
