The players then got on the ball! Following some passing and technical exercises, the team was then split into its defensive and attacking groups. Bruno Labbadia took charge of the defensive segment, coaching the movement of the back four and game playing formations. At the other end of the pitch, the more attacking players worked on pressing against the ball, spurred on by co-trainer Eddy Sözer. To finish the morning session there was a game with one goal with the back-men taking on the front-men. Following a break for lunch, the players will begin their second session of the day at 3:30pm.
