Ibrahima Traore signs for VfB
From the beginning of the new season, Ibrahima Traore will be wearing the Red and White of Stuttgart. VfB agreed a three year deal with the Guinean midfielder, who also holds a French passport. Traore comes on a free transfer from FC Augsburg, for whom he played 45 games in the second division and scored eight goals. Last weekend he helped secure FCA’s promotion to the top flight.
"A young and motivated player"
"Ibrahima Traore is a young and motivated player who wants to prove his worth at VfB," explained director of sport Fredi Bobic at the press conference ahead of the clash with FC Bayern Munich on VfB’s new signing.
